The Brewery Project presents "praxis," a group show of paintings by five Los Angeles based artists, organized by Katy Crowe.

This exhibition features five mid-career artists committed to the practice of abstract and non-representational painting, each developing distinctly individual vocabularies, whether iconographies of abstract images, signs, and symbols, or systems and sequences that reveal and reflect a collective resistance to the tendency toward representation and appropriation in current painting.
